Rented bikes for a week, bikes were decent . Bikes had hand breaks, bell , lock and key, Basket and rack (Tip: bring a bungie cord for rack). It was 800 pesos for the week. I knocked 2 stars off because the American guy who we dealt with was unfriendly and rude. He needs to take some courses on customer service or go back home. His attitude was the worst we encountered on our entire 2 wk trip! His assistant (who was a local) was very nice.

I have been renting bikes here for years and will continue every visit. The owner speaks fluent English and has always provided delivery and pick up promptly. You are always provided a lock and key. The bikes are meticulously maintained and I’ve never had any issue with my rentals. Rentals are very affordable. Communication through WhatsApp is seamless. You won’t be disappointed!

El personal que meatendio lo hizo con mucha facilidad y amabilidad nos tubo mucha paciencia para que escojieramos las bicis, como el grupo era de viaje había algunas personas que hablaban inglés y el chico es bilingüe por lo cual dio un maraviloso servicio.
