They arrived on time for both transfers. The drivers were friendly. I paid for the premium service and there was no snacks and drinks as promised. The air conditioning did not work in both our transfers. They did refund us some money for the inconvenience.

En la confirmación dijeron que iban a estar pendientes de la llegada del vuelo. Esto no es cierto. También dijeron que iba a encontrar a alguien con un cartel. Tampoco es cierto. El vuelo llegó en la noche y al no encontrar a nadie los llame y dijeron que iban a conseguir a alguien. Los esperé más de una hora y después de las 11 pm no volvieron a contestar. Al otro día lo único que dicen es "disculpas" y no dan devolución. Lo peor de todo es que más tarde no hay más opciones que usar el servicio de los oportunistas que cobran más de 80 dólares por trayecto.
