Etransfer was awesome. We had our own private ride to and from Cancun airport and Akumal. Both drivers were courteous and professional. Would highly recommend.

First, the taxi/ride zone in and just outside the terminal is insane! It didn’t feel unsafe, but too many people well inside my personal space. So, make a reservation ahead of time!! I made a reservation with etransfer but had the day wrong. My bad. Rosa was quick to fix my reservation and contact a driver for a ride to the Riviera Maya. Our driver, Lupe was awesome. Super engaging and funny. We had a comfortable ride a lively conversation. Definitely use this team again!
