The park is very nice and safe, there is a lifeline every 10 meters. The animators have an excellent attitude as do the waiters. The floor doesn't heat up, it blew my head off. Drinks 10/10 Food 8.5/10 Facilities 10/10 Activities 10/10 Number of chairs 7/10 Inclusion 100000/10 I went with my daughter with autism and they gave us the possibility to sit in chairs in front of the pool despite not being hotel guests. They have wheelchair access for everything. They have water carts as well as cranes so that anyone who uses a chair can enter the pools. The souvenir shop is expensive.

It is a very theme park for young children, the fun of adults if it is still sideways, if they go without children I do not recommend it, I was surprised at its activation level to the code when you strap someone on the tubes

This was pretty smooth to book, and communication was good from the tour agency. The waterpark was a lot of fun- we booked a cabana upgrade on arrival and were glad we did as it was worth the money. Helpful polite drivers. The only downside for us was the fixed return point- it would have been good to be able to choose our own return time as the day was a long one. Our transfer was also late collecting us and our daughter was very tired by this point. Otherwise a really fun day and our daughter has asked to return!
