  • The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was an amazing adventure for both the old & young alike. JJ our tour guide was incredible, sharing details about the area, keeping everyone safe and making every minute fun. Reuben our driver made sure everyone stayed hydrated with cold water bottles and even had snacks at both stops. We especially enjoyed the smaller group size for the personalized experience. This incredible adventure is well worth your time & money! It shouldn't be missed when staying in Playa del Carmen.

This was an amazing experience. Henri was the best tour guide one could ask for. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Our driver was also great. He was safe and took our safety very serious. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a great experience. We will not hesitate to use this cancun adventures again.
