Please consider 2 to 3 hours of transportation for this tour. The actual time depends on your hotel's location.

  • For safety reasons, we do not recommend participation on any snorkel activity if you are pregnant, have respiratory problems, injuries, back/neck issues, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness
  • The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was a great trip. The Cenote was very cool. JJ and Lalo took great care of our group. I would highly recommend this for anybody.

Jesus Salas was our tour guide. The tour was informative, active, and a lot of fun. Bring extra shorts and trunks, you get wet twice :)
