  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

It was a really nice experience! Javiet was an excellent guide mindfull of biodiversity and eager to sensibilize the group to the importance of preserving what we were seeing. He gave us a lot of explanations and made the tour way more informative! Other than that, the experience in the cenote and the lagoon were both beautiful. It was really well organized!

Awesome half day tour. The cenotes were majestic and we saw many colorful fish when snorkeling. Tour guide was amazing.

The cenote was so cool to swim around and the snorkeling was so fun! It was really cool to see all the different fish! We would definitely book another excursion again!
