Pick up will be at all Hotels and vacation rentals accommodation of Riviera Maya area (From Moon Palace to Tulum included, Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen areas is included) is includes and only Cancun City and "Zona Hotelera" area have a little charge ($15 USD per person) and Playa Mujeres Cancun City area have a charge of $20 USD per person. We give you pick up time after your confirmation book. Lodgings with accesses without paved streets will be given a nearby meeting point.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Thank you Jesus Y Marcela POR an excellent excursion. We learned a lot and had fun. Doing this small group tour EN was a great idea. Chichen Itza POR morning was a hit. We also loved Ek Balam. Cenote ES a wonder. Thank you.

We had a small tour group of ten people including ourselves, with me and my partner being the only two English speakers. Luckily this meant we got a tour guide just for us, essentially a private tour of both historical areas! Our guide was Gabriel and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the history and helped us find the best views of the sites. Water was provided at every stop, and snacks and juice was always available. The drive was easy out of the cities, and the tour guide stopped for restrooms about every 2-3 hours. The Cenote was at the end and a good thing too, after climbing up the archeological site you will want to shower and change into a new set of clothes. Definitely the best tour to hit both historical sites.

Our guide was excellent gave us all kinds of history took lots of pictures and everybody was impressed with both Mayan sights. The cenote was amazing. The only improvement I could ask for is pick up and drop off location for our resort.
