The trip was amazing. However I give them three stars but I would prefer to give them 2.5 because of the customer service. It was not organized. You will not be able to talk to anyone if you have any questions about the tour which leaves you as a tourist blindsided as to if it is a real tour or not. I received a text message via WhatsApp at 10:00pm that night before to be ready by 8:00 a.m. The next day in regards to the tour.. I wasn't able to contact anyone before then because they did not respond via message. Also, I was extremely excited to go to cenotes suytune which is why I booked This tour out of all the other tours. Instead we went to a different cenote that was not at all impressive. To some this might not be a big deal. But I had done a lot of research in your only on vacation for a limited amount of time. Communication would have made this trip a lot better. I asked all of these questions beforehand to ensure that we were going and no one reached out to me except . Until less than 24 hours before the trip.
