Chichen Itza is one of the New 7 Wonders of the World. A must when coming to Mexico. We leave early in the morning (around 6:30 am for Playa Del Carmen) to avoid the crowds as much as possible. We take the fastest route, without making any technical stops (souvenir shops, central agency for final payments, etc.) in order to arrive before the hot weather and the crowds. As you leave, you can see all the big groups arriving... After a guided tour (your certified guide will accompany you all day, not only to the ruins), you will have some free time for souvenirs (good place to to buy). Then, we take the road again to visit a Mayan community where you will eat traditional food and learn about the Mayan culture. We will end with a magnificent cenote to refresh you. you will be back at your hotel around 6 p.m. Quality service in small groups without mixing languages and all inclusive.

Agence située à l'entrée de Playa Del Carmen découverte par hasard, on entre pour des renseignements, l'accueil est excellent, on nous présente le concept, puis toutes les excursions, et nous repartons avec une réservation pour deux sorties. Bernardo parle parfaitement français, il nous a présenté le site avec beaucoup de passion et de professionnalisme, dommage que le temps libre sur place soit si cour, le site mériterait d'y rester plus longtemps. La suite de la journée s'est déroulée loin du tourisme de masse avec une pause locale et un arrêt dans un Cénote. Une très belle journée avec une excellente organisation. Je recommande.

Notre guide parlait un français impeccable et à Chichen Itza, il nous a donné bcp de détails culturels mais le tps libre était de 30 min : ce qui était trop court selon moi. Dans un tel lieu j'aurais aimé me poser pour prendre le temps de la contemplation. Si vous êtes fan d'archéologie et de lieux vibratoires : ce site vaudrait bien d'y rester presqu'une journée complète. C'est évidemment très personnel comme souhait. Au-delà de cela nous avons eu bcp de temps pour nager et profiter des sites naturels. Une journée magnifique.
