Avoid. The tour vendor is more interested in their personal gain by exposing their tour groups to carefully selected vendors rather than the advertised sites.
They exploit their customers by exposing them to nonstop sales pitches and extended stops through their carefully selected businesses for their personal gain.
Instead of going straight to Chichén Itzá we were diverted to a 2 hour road stop at one of their carefully selected vendors. We were exposed to sales presentations under the guise of ‘cultural traditions’ and then rushed through a horrible buffet lunch.
We we finally arrived at the cenote, it was already getting dark and we were limited to 1 hour. When we finally arrived at the historical town of Valladolid is was totally dark and we were permitted only 25 minutes to use restrooms and get something to eat for dinner.
Lastly the Plus package is a total insult. For the Continental breakfast, you get a paper sack with a stale white bread sandwich it a single slice of ham and cheese. For drinks, you get a 6 oz plastic cup of Tecante Light beer.
A total waste of day and money.
