It was not a full day… they picked us up at 7.30. Tour should be until 4 pm, but around 1.45 we already returned in the hotel. In stead of 7 ziplines, we did only 3 (we asked before and there was told us 7). Snorkelling near Akumal was overcrowded and not possible to swim till the Sea. They Made photos and you van buy them (send to your email) for $65????. With 4 people it was very disappointing to have paid so much money and not receiving what you expect (due to the info we had before).

Our tour guide was awesome, Jose was the best went out of his way to make sure everyone in our group had a great experience..
