The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

    The adventure starts after picking you up at your hotel and taking you to our new private marina located at the Punta Sam ferry terminal, then we will sail through the Caribbean Sea until we reach the Punta Sam reef, our first stop, where you will snorkel and explore the ocean, and swimming in one of the most beautiful natural reserves in the Caribbean, "Punta Sam Reef" is home to different species of fish, turtles and marine life. After snorkeling, you can enjoy our open bar on board the catamaran until you reach our exclusive beach club, where you can relax, use the facilities, sun loungers, enjoy our open bar and delicious buffet, In Islas Mujeres you will have free time to walk through the streets of the island, admire the murals of marine life, take pictures with the monuments or buy souvenirs, forget about your worries on this full day tour, enjoying the Mexican Caribbean.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Exceptional staffers on board. Great time, The snorkeling was weird. No fins for the swim which was them dropping you off and you swimming back to the boat. Only do it if your a really strong swimmer. The stops were fine, Isla Mujeres seems to just be a tourist trap, unless you had time to actually get to some ruins. Which you don’t on this excursion. The staff made the day! But this could be so much better.

This boat was rocking from start to finish! The crew was amazing and well worth the large tip that I left. Music was playing, drinks were flowing, and everyone mingled well and had a GREAT TIME! The best part was that I did not have to keep getting up for drinks. The service was second to none. Best Day Ever!
