We visited 2 years ago so we knew what to expect. Paid the full ticket price and only when entering the park, we were handed a 200 peso compensation card to use at the restaurant - enough for 2 bottles of water. The compensation was for the non-operation of the main family slide - the primary reason for us visiting, but we watched the cranes disassembling it as we floated by on the lazy river. No mention of its closure on the website, and only after we paid the full price at the gate and too late to reconsider. The website still shows the closed slide in full operation. Very disappointing
