  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

None, we canceled due to no power in the area and the operator scheduled us for the next day. Never showed up to pick us up

Great experience, great service. Water was very rough so they had a backup plan to make it the most enjoyable experience for our group. Selena was an excellent host and refreshments were enjoyable
