Pick up starts 1 hours prior de the tour, depending your hotel location the time may change, we will contact you by email ton confirm the exact pick up time and location. We do pick up major hotels in the Riviera Maya, if you hotel in not deserved by our route we will set the closest pick up point.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Everything was amazing! From the early pickup, to the parasailing instructors, the beach, so much to love about this! I enjoyed every second of it!!!

Everything was very spectacular. The sunset, the sailing, the charcuterie boards, the service, etc etc etc. A lovely evening! The only exception is - We sat next to the captain (on the top of the boat) and he talked loudly on a personal phone call for 10 to 15 minutes before my husband finally got his attention and told him he was "ruining the romantic atmosphere" and he did hang up shortly thereafter.
