Los peores, se les hizo la reserva, se pagó por adelantado y estando en el aeropuerto dijeron q pidiéramos otro taxi Q ellos no tenían carros disponibles. Les pedimos el favor que no nos quedaran mal al recogernos en el hotel de regreso al aeropuerto y tampoco llegaron ni avisaron q no llegaban, al llamarlos dicen q tienen los carros varados…. Casi perderemos los vuelos. Son la peor compañía que existe!

Duramos más de 1 hora esperando a que llegara la van, llegaba una cada 20 minutos y como había familias antes que nosotros, la iban despachando. No atienden llamadas ni tienen WhatsApp NO RECOMENDABLE!!!!

I’d booked with another company and while waiting for our shuttle to arrive, I walked up to the multiple taxi stands outside of CUN airport and let the representative know that my daughters friend was coming in a few days and was looking for a shared shuttle from CUN to Playa Del Carmen. He said no problem and a shared shuttle would be $30 and would leave every 30 minutes with multiple stops for the other shuttle passengers. I took his picture and told him I would send it to her and have her find him. Fast forward 4 days, she flew in and she found him. He was trying to get her to pay $80 for a shared shuttle. Basically he was trying to prey on her and take advantage of a young girl. She called me and I spoke to him and reminded him of the conversation about $30. After speaking with him, he told me to f-off and said good luck somewhere else. What an absolute scum bag. This guy basically just wanted an opportunity to take advantage of you girl. I told her to leave that place and arranged a private transfer. Needless to say it was a waste of time and that representative is a worthless individual. I’ve attached a picture of this smiling scum bag and you should avoid him at all costs.
