El tour lo recomiendo 100%. De todo lo que hicimos en la Riviera Maya fue lo que más nos gustó. Si te gusta la aventura y la naturaleza es un tour ideal. El guía Quetzal un genio, nos explicó y enseñó mucho sobre Punta Laguna. Además de enseñarnos palabras en lengua maya. El lugar es mágico.

It was so amazing to see Spider Monkeys in protected area just being monkeys. Salvador was a great guide to the Punta Laguna area. He was knowledgeable of history and culture. He had warm and respectful relationships with everyone we met, whether we were entering their land or even their home. He made sure we saw plenty of animals and much to our surprise, he photo documented our trip too. We would have loved to spend more time with the monkeys and see the howler monkeys...but monkeys do what they do and they weren't nearby. We were thankful for the Mayan ceremony so the Underworld of the cenote didn't swallow us up. In truth, the cenote was a bit creepy but very cool. We're so glad that this land is being conserved and cared for to the betterment of the monkeys and the people.

This was a great day for my whole family. My youngest is 8 years old. It was great to have a guide, just for us so we could modify the day to our needs. The monkey sanctuary is a hidden gem. Not commercialized. Best Maya Tours offers several other options which I wish we would have tried vs. Excaret.
