This 5-hour guided tour includes the traditional Rio Secreto experience with a walk through its caves, a swim in the natural underground rivers, and the opportunity to see the breathtaking formations. But, not only that, you'll now have the unique chance to visit the new 'Dry Route' which offers even more. On this route, you will visit the Salón de la Paz, where a spectacular light and sound show is projected on the natural formations. We are a family of four - our daughters are 14 and 20. We wanted a bit of adventure and to do something different during our recent holiday. We signed up for the Rio Secreto Plus tour - bike ride, 3 ziplines, a repel, and then a tour through 600 meters of the cave system. Our guide, Benito, was incredibly knowledgeable. He was part of the team who mapped the caves from 2006-2008. He is very passionate about preserving the caves and the formations inside. Frank was our photographer, and he did a great job. He stayed with us through the day and made sure to capture all the moments. The photos did cost $145 USD, but we are grateful to have some beautiful memories. Being in the caves was by far the highlight of our day. In some places we could walk and in others we had to swim. Benito gave us a moment of quiet and reflection with lights out - an unforgettable experience. We would definitely recommend Rio Secreto to others. Thank you Benito and Frank!

Tudo lindo, experiência valiosa, tudo perfeito, guia maravilhoso. Todos foram muito simpáticos. E a paisagem é de tirar o fôlego, única coisa ruim é que não pode levar câmeras, ficamos refens das fotos tiradas por eles e temos que pagar 135 dólares no final da trilha. Mas tirando isso não tem o que falar.

We went with our 9 and 10 year old girls and had an amazing day. We were picked up at our hotel, there were multiple water breaks as it was hot and humid that day. Our guide Alfredo was great. He spoke English, French and Spanish. There was a short bicycling route on a path in the woods, multiple zip lines and one zip line on a surfboard. We rapelled into a cenote but the best part a going underground for over a mile long walk / swim through the under ground river. We wore wet suits and aqua socks with helmets that had led lights on them. Highly recommended but you do need to be in average to above fitness to enjoy this tour. A++
