The crew was great. There was no sailing and the snorkelling was all of 20 min and too controlled no freedom to explore. We spent more time on the isla Mujeres than on the boat and if you are staying in Playa del Carmen it is a 2 hour cramped bus ride. We basically spent more time on the bus than on the boat. Not worth the money at all.

Excelente asesoría y recomendación, nos atendió Paco ,su atención fue un 10, nos explico detalladamente cada tour y nos recomendó en base a lo que queríamos, quedamos felices, el tour a isla mujeres es un lujo para la vista, también visitamos Xcaret y es realmente un sueño todo. Los chicos de turismo Channel nos dieron algunos tips para recorrer bien el parque y fue un éxito, de vdd son demasiado comprometidos y atentos en todo momento con los traslados. Sin duda los recomiendo, son un 1000 de 10. Además nos dieron muchos datos de restaurants y lugares para conocer, Paco es un excelente anfitrión de Playa del Carmen.

Nada que ver con la idea que nos vendieron, pésima la comida y el servicio, no hubo actividades acuáticas tal como lo aseguraron desde el inicio, ni kayak, ni motos, que ya desde hacía algún tiempo dejaron de hacerlas y ellos te afirman que aún las hacen, los del catamarán estaban consientes de ello, el club de playa es detestable. Deberían de ofrecer la realidad de sus servicios y no engañar al cliente.
