I emailed the company to cancel but receive no answers.the site does not work good either to make cancellations they make it hard

Guide was helpful. The swim was great. Price if the trip was OK too. It would've been helpful to advise customers to bring some form of payment. We thought cos we were going swimming and sightseeing we shouldn't bring any valuables. We just brought some US dollars to tip with but they went pretty quick. There was a shopping trip as part of the package so we had to opt out of that. Otherwise it was good, especially as it was a swim not a dive as we aren't divers
