We had a great experience with Coba Sunset and our guide Marco Z. We travel on average 4 international trips a year. We take guided tours on each one. Marco Z. ensured we were well informed of our plans for the day. He spent the day teaching us all things Mayan. He tools us to the best place to eat in Tulum. It was our favorite meal of our entire trip. If I could give over 5 stars I definitely would. We highly recommend Cabo Sunset for tours and request Marco Z. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely disappointed with this service. We were told the express was direct to Tulum. Pickup from our hotel was 7:45 and we would be back by 12:45. The driver tried to force us to stop to visit a Mayan family even though the tour says nothing about this and nobody on the van wanted to stop. After 2 hours and still an hour away from Tulum, we left the tour at the third hotel stop and took a taxi. Horribly misleading.

Our guide, Jerry, and our drive, Givanni, were the best. Not only did Jerry tell us about Tulum, but about the whole region as well. Very, very, knowledgeable and fun to be around. We will definitely use Coba Sunset again and request Jerry and Givanni if they are available.
