Pick-up from Isla Mujeres is only done from a pier downtown; there are no hotel pick-ups.

For guests staying in Cozumel, the tour is only available on TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS.

Compre la experiència como un regalo de bodas. Llegado el dia, se olvidaron de ir a recogerlos al hotel y tras varias horas y llamadas la respuesta fue que no iban a ir a buscarlos. Tramitaron la devolucion del importe sin consultar si ese era nuestro deseo. La atencion y relacion calidad-precio brilla por Su ausencia. Muy decepcionada

We went to Mexico in July shortly after it reopened due to COVID. We loved loved loved this adventure. Swimming with the whale sharks can not be replaced. Also I was very pleasantly surprised to see how careful and the high tech investments that they made for social distancing, screening, and sterilizing. My guides were Willy and Joseph! They made it a great great time!

We had an amazing excursion with Contoy Adventures. We had Angel & Carlos on the Caribbean Star. It was such a fabulous day starting with swimming with the whale sharks and then having lunch at the most beautiful beach in Isla Mujeres. They were so much fun and very knowledgeable. Angel told us a lot about where we were located, about the whale sharks and answered all of our questions. Our day far exceeded our expectations. I definitely want to do this again!
