    Xplor Explore the dimensions of the adventure park and its natural beauty: Fly through the air and speed down ziplines ranging from 26 to 148 feet (8 to 45 meters) in height, then land in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes where you can climb suspension bridges. Drive an all-terrain amphibious vehicle through jungle trails and fascinating caves where you’ll marvel at the extraordinary rock formations. Paddle a raft through underwater caves and discover fascinating grottos. Swim along the river between stalactites and stalagmites in this spectacular underground world. Trained staff are on hand to ensure your safety at all times, and all equipment (including lifejacket and helmet) are included. Your admission includes an all-you-can-eat buffet (go as many times as you wish during the day), unlimited fruit-flavored drinks and hot chocolate when you get out of both rivers.

  • As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing to the park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor, guest or staff member.
  • The minimum age recommended is 5 years. Children aged 5 to 11 pay half the adult ticket (must show ID at the ticket office)
  • Children over 55” m but under 12 years of age, must present identification to verify their age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Bring insect repellent free of the following chemicals to be use in the Park: Benzophenone, Etilhexila, Homosalate, Octyl Methoxycinnamate, Octyl Ssalicylate, Octinoxate, Oxybenzone, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane
  • Bring cash for incredible souvenirs purchasing.
  • The park operates in all weather conditions, Please wear comfortable clothes and watershoes. It is recommended to bring a change of clothes.
  • Zipline requirements: Minimum height/weight is 4.5 feet (137 cm) or 88 lbs (40 kg); the maximum weight is 300 lbs (136 kg); maximum waist width is 51 inches (130 cm) and leg width 25 inches (65 cm)
  • You can get to the park by using the local transportation system "Colectivo" or by taxi.
  • It is not possible to make the change of date the same day of your visit
  • In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Visited the park for the day. 7 adults and all had great fun. Started on the zip lines and opted for the long line. I hadn't expected so many zip lines. 8 or 9 in total. We were absolutely wreaked as there are so many steps and hills to climb in the soaring heat. We had some lunch after that and there was a good selection to keep us all happy. We then did the 4x4 buggy which were brilliant fun. Very bumpy in the back so Beware. We were all dying to go rafting but the tunnel was closed due to water being too high due to a lot of rain. We were all very disappointed. We did the underground cave swim which was great. Water was absolutely freezing. Didn't bother with the waterpark. A great day out. Would definitely reccomend.

Loved it ! Warning they only have smoothies for breakfast so make sure you eat protein.. the smoothies are delicious though. I loved them. All you can eat lunch is great too!!! Lots of variety!

Beware dont buy tickets to Xplor park with transportation included. Very bad experience (june 2024) They don't tell you that they stop at numerous resorts on the way and you need to wait and pick up other guest which delays your arrival. Upon arrival your guide informs that bus will start boarding at 4:45 but only says meet in parking lot.No clear meeting point. They don't give same courtesy upon departure, We exited the park at 505 along with a lot of other people (which caused us to be a little late. and could not find our bus or guide. No help with other bus driver as no one knew which was our bus. All buses in lot look the same. We finally saw our guide who stopped a bus exiting which then the driver said it was not our bus.Very disorganized. Finally the guide said oh your bus probably left. What it was only 5:15 The driver did not check names and just left us hanging there with no other options to get back to Cancun. We had to pay an additional $100 one way to get back. It was ok for this company to pick up guest on the way and delay us but did not wait for our paid departure. We filed a report/complaint for some type of refund and they replied sorry no refund. They could care less that we were late because of their lack of clear instructions for departure. Never will book with them again. Paid double for transportation cost. Very unfair.
