Round-trip transportation is included from select hotels exclusively for our guests who book their tours at least 48 hours in advance.
When planning your day, please consider additional traveling time from your hotel. The duration may vary depending on your hotel’s location.

  • Personal cameras are not permitted while on the course.
  • ATV drivers must be 18 or older and present a valid driver's license Driver's permits are not allowed.
  • The pickup time depends on your hotel's location.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

This trip was amazing and good fun! The guides Dany, Irving, Abel and Diana took good care of us and we felt safe all the time.

The atv tide was amazing especially with the positive impact of the tour guide Pablo giving us fun routs and challenging courses and the cenote was perfect temperature and the cliff jumping was made very enjoyable by both of the tour guides Pablo and Arely
