Thank you Gino for touring us today! The Blue River/Volanco mud bath/Sloths/toucan 'hunt' experience was amazing. Your driving was impressive, especially with the winding roads and rough terrain. You were very accommodating and showed us some really cool spots. Thank you as well for the mangoes/mangas!

At first it seems a bit sketchy being solicited on the beach before a tour. But once you take the time to that, this company, the other reviews, you realize they are legitimate and professional. Aron picked a tour that worked well for our group with young children. He communicated with us prior to our trip and was there in the morning at our resort to introduce us to our tour guide, Gino. Van was clean, comfortable. water was provided. And lots of interesting facts about Costa Rica were shared throughout the day, including maps. A lot of time spent driving for sure, but really wonderful to see the country. Gino was incredible. Pleasant, knowledgeable, professional. And each one of our stops, he knew people. Other tour guides seemed to look up to him. Great singer too! ???? swimming at the waterfall was a great start to the morning. For us, lunch was the high point of the day. Traditional Costa Rican food prepared in a beautiful setting. The coffee was fantastic!! Learned a lot about rainforests and the climates of Costa Rica. Finished the day at the volcano and hot springs with a mud bath and soak. Cannot recommend Aron, Gino, and Costa Rica Xplores any higher. Great service. Long day, very worth it.

Alex was amazing! His knowledge of the area, foliage, animals, and people goes above and beyond. Our entire time was filled with laughter, conversation, and adventure! Everything was easy for us - we were picked up from our resort and driven to every location. We were given the choice to stay longer or move on between destinations. Lunch was so delicious. You will feel like a new person after the mud bath and hot springs. And the best part - Alex showed us what we wouldn’t want to miss, took beautiful photos, and even had us do all different poses for great pictures. We will never forget this experience. Alex made it memorable for us.
