The tour guide was really accommodating. A lot of us struggled to get entry tickets because of the massive crowds, but the company sorted it out for us. The walk was at a good pace and we got to see both upper and lower lakes. The lakes themselves were stunning.

Plitvice Lakes National Park Is absolutely gorgeous! The tour guide was a bit on the quiet side. Unlike other tour guides, he didn't start with an introduction or get to know you. Neither did he introduce the national park or the route we were going to take. Nevertheless, he did a good job guiding us on the easiest route to the most beautiful sites in the National Park. He was also happy to take questions and take photos for us along the way. At the end of the tour he recommended an optional hiking trail that has fantastic views. I took his recommendation and was rewarded with beautiful views of the Lakes.

Nice guide who knows a lot about Croatia as a whole so very interesting! The upper lakes were not accessible because of the rain but still really enjoyed this tour.
