Everything was perfect! Very well organised! Auschwitz and Birkenau must be seen, let's not forget the atrocities of the past. Adam is a pleasant and knowledgeable person. Always friendly and helpful, absolutely recommended! Thank you Adam!!

The journey is smooth and fast, he drive well. instruction was not 100% very clear , the english guide speaks to those who asked questions and those that are sticking beside him when he walked, so the rest just follow and catch up, hearing their conversations. Rather have a pre-recorded audio kit for individual. so we end up having to read ourselves but we cannot as the guide walked to the next area before we can do so.

This is a deep and moving experience but a worthy and important tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and professional and used the proper demeanor for the occasion.
