Auschwitz-Birkenau: Fast-Track Ticket & Guided Tour No Transfers

Tour its self was great at forst camp but when we were finished the guide said we had a 10 minute brake bit instead because we were only ones to use a few minutes up she left with the rest of the group and went to second camp without us and only a other group told us as soon as we went they walked away we caught uo to them but at that point my mum was to exhausted to keep up after trying to catch up to them and we ended up just walking round abit. We saw the guide a few times, and she never even asked if we were ok. I just ignored us when we caught up or walked away.

Auschwitz itself very informative and you dont actually realise the full scale of this place untill you visit. The tour group chaos.was booked to meet at 10am i had a message and was told to meet at 10.30am outside the luggage room at base camp 1.we arrived at 10am anyway 10.30am no sign of tour guide called them and the office said she would call the guide.10.40am i managed to finally spot him outside the ticket office where there were multiple guides from different companies waiting,not very clear ,and not where we were told to wait.he then dissapeared to get our tickets and returned after 15mins (2 other guides from same company rounding people up) but not ours.confusing and chaotic. We then went through security and scanners for the tour to start.the tour guide was informative and did a very good job .after base camp 1 we then had to go to travel to birkenu i had to ask how to get there.you had to take the free shuttle and meet your group outside birkenu,as there was no room on the bus as they came as a full tour group and we had made our own way there.this was not clear and if i hadnt asked we would not of had a clue.got the free shuttle but did not wait for the guide we decided to make our own way around this site.so please be aware if booking other tours if its not booked directly through the auschwitz site .

La experiencia es increíble, pero lamentablemente la empresa que nos acompañó muy impuntual, 30 min de retraso y en el correo de antes nos dijeron que teníamos que llegar 10 min antes, es decir al final pasamos 40 min esperando. No repetiría ninguna excursión con esta empresa. Aunque la Guia fue muy bien muy amable y contó todo con detalle!
