Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We will pick you up from the hotel, airport, train station and any other address in Poznan. The driver will be waiting with the card with your name or company name. If you want to get to another city, ask. We will price and issue an offer for you.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We used this car service twice on our trip to Poznan. I’m always a little nervous when I can’t speak the local language, and Polish is not an intuitive one for me. That said, I will gladly use these kind, reliable folks again in the future.
Our driver was pleasant, helpful, and on time for both trips. The MB van was clean and odor-free (one of my quirky pet peeves ;-).
All communications by text and web-based messaging with the main office were clear (in English) and prompt. Book with confidence and relax!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
