Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We provide private transfers in a luxiours cars to our customers.
Our driver picks you up from your Hotel/Hostel/Apartment or each place you want and takes You where You would like to.
The driver may accompany you during the tour or waiting for you and after the tour will take you to your Hotel/Hostel/Apartment or other place indicated by you.
Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Kierowca pomimo mojego spóźnienia czekał bez dodatkowej opłaty. Miły, bardzo pomocny, pomógł z bagażem, a także polecił mi kilka fajnych jak się później okazało kawiarenek i restauracji. Auto bardzo zadbane, nowe , więc i podróż przyjemna. 100% zadowolenia .
