The POLIGNANO kayak trip is a fascinating tour, not physically demanding and therefore also suitable for those who have never gone kayaking. Included in the price is the SEA KAYAK COURSE FOR BEGINNERS guided by a 2nd level sea kayak instructor of the Italian Canoe and Kayak Federation. On the way we will show you hidden caves and ravines, all to be explored! After putting on the life jackets and entering our kayaks, we will be ready to sail southwards alongside the splendid and very high coast of Polignano. We will pass by the famous beach of Lama Monachile, we will visit Arcivescovado Cave, Palazzese Cave and will swim into the clear water of the Sotto Favale Cave. This trip gives great emotions and allows you to navigate the blue waters of the coast of Polignano looking at the very high rocky coast that separates the city from the sea. N.B. The experience is not suitable for people weighing more than 100kg

    We will pass by the beach of Lama Monachile overlooking the marine entrance of the Grotta Piana and then entering the cave under Bastione di Santo Stefano.
  • Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • Bring watershoes (gym shoes as an alternative)
  • Bring only not too big bags. I will keep non-bulky valuables such as cell phones and car keys while the small bag or backpack can be stored in the hatches of the kayaks or in the trunk of the trailer. Be careful because in the hatches the backpack could get damp or wet and the trunk of the trailer is not guarded.

Just fantastic. Our teenagers loved it just as much as we did. The views were splendid. The guide, Marco, was friendly and gave us interesting information about the area. The swimming in the cave was an unforgettable moment. I highly recommend this experience. You'll get your money's worth! Smiles guaranteed!

Ci siamo divertiti e abbiamo visitato grotte bellissime raggiungibili solo via mare. Marco guida/istruttore è molto preparato, chiaro e scrupoloso nel briefing iniziale, sempre pronto a supportarci durante tutto il tragitto,molto paziente e simpatico: ci ha fatto sentire al sicuro durante tutta l'escursione oltre ad averci scattato ed inviato delle foto bellissime. La consiglio????
