I would absolutely recommend this tour. Touring Pompeii with a professional archeologist that has so much intricate knowledge of both the history, structural design, architecture...wow. I love history and can't imagine going through the tour without a guide. So many people that ventured on their own were walking around missing some neat details and looking kinda lost. I imagine even with documentaries I've seen I would've looked the same way without a guide. It's definitely worth it.

Abbiamo fatto un tour privato da 3 ore a Pompei con Francesco: è stata un'esperienza fantastica! Francesco é una guida preparatissima. attenta alle esigenze dei clienti, puntuale nelle spiegazioni. Il percorso proposto è stato vario ed interessante, ci ha mostrato diverse tipologie di edifici e parlato a lungo della vita della città, rispondendo con pazienza alle nostre domande. Consigliatissimo!!!!
