The morning of our group tour, I got a text from the tour company saying there weren't enough people for our tour and they would be charging the extra for a private tour for 2 of us. The tour was already expensive enough, so we opted not to do the tour at all. I felt they should have provided the tour because we had already paid for it. We're headed to pompeii and will hire a guide there.

Very interesting but also engaging. The site is huge so it would take days to visit thoroughly. It is important to make a targeted visit to fully grasp the meaning of the visit without visiting everything. It’s a glimpse of life then in the Roman provincial cities

Mariagrazia gave our family a wonderful tour of the Archeological Park. She guided us through the truly giant city and really provided great historical context for the sites!
