With us for sure! Every day will be arranged a shared transfer from Pompeii that will take you to the entrance of the crater (1000mt. high). From there, with the entry ticket provided by us before the departure, you will be able to start your hike of about 300mt. in order to reach the highest point of the volcano and you will also enjoy the breathtaking landscape and the inside of the crater.     Enjoy your day on top of the Vesuvius! Every day will be arranged a bus transfer from Pompeii that will take you to the entrance of the crater (1000mt. high). From there, with the entry ticket provided by us before the departure, you will be able to start your hike of about 300mt. in order to reach the hightest point of the volcano and you will also enjoy the breathtaking landscape and the inside of the crater. You will spend free time for the visit, then we will wait for you at the meeting point for the time indicated in order to come back to Pompeii.

Well it seems that, they are charging a lot more than the fee of entry. 30 euro each ticket. But we did ask about the ticket and the public transport. But instead of help we were told to buy the ticket for 30 euro and then we got into a car driving up there. I am a little disappointed in the way that business was conducted. Would not recommend this company based upon this experience.

Lieu de récupération des billets mal indiqué : pas au 1er étage mais sur le parvis auprès d'un kiosque au nom d'une autre compagnie donc difficile à identifier. "Viator" notifié nulle part. Prix élevé pour l'aller/retour sachant que l'entrée seule coûte environ 10 € Pour le reste tout c'est bien passé.

Was confusing to find where to exchange voucher as wasn't 1st floor of train station as advised! That aside, was on time & driver amazed us with his ability to turn the coach on a sixpence!! We were glad we went as Vesuvius is amazing...we were lucky to have a clear day so the views were stunning. Not 5 stars as not convinced value for money, being "just" a transfer & entry ticket to the crater.
