Maria Emilia was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the life of Pope Francis. She enjoys informing people about the Pope's life and walking his footsteps from the residence where he was born until he became an Archbishop and a Cardinal. He is the first Pope of the western hemisphere. Maria Emilia was very accommodating in allowing us to take photos, taking our time in walking around the various churches and she gave us a snapshot into the history of Argentina. Whether you are Catholic or not, there's always so much to learn about a country from the people that have grown up in it. Silvia was an amazing guide, taking us from Francis’s childhood home, through his old neighborhood and by his school, to his basilica and cathedral as an adult, sharing photos and stories of his life along the way. A fascinating tour!
