Tour guide was a no show and did not respond to messages in the Viator App or to phone calls. The day was a bust.

Arnaque complète. Personne au rendez-vous dix appels sans succès. Remboursement demandé à Viator. Il est inadmissible que Viator laisse ce produit sur son site sans se renseigner. C'était la première fois que nous mettions les pieds à Port Elisabeth et nous avions beaucoup misé sur ce golf pour cette journée complètement perdue. J'aimerais que Viator nous indemnise pour cette journée perdue car nous ne reviendrons jamais en Afrique du Sud Merci de faire le necessaire
