Beach yoga was such an incredible experience. I had a beautiful view of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and got to relax and treat my body and mind with an incredible instructor ????‍♀️ one of my favourite activities since moving to Portimao! It made me so happy that I immediately booked the next class and will be returning next week. This is also an incredible experience for any solo female travellers!

Had an amazing yoga class from Lizi this morning. Not only the beach but also her calming presence made it a very relaxing experience! I would highly recommend to try this yourself.
