Paola is “the man” with “the van”. From first introduction, we knew we were going to enjoy our wine excursion with Paolo. He is an excellent tour guide with a lot of knowledge and a passion for his country, which offers a very personal insight into the history and culture of the Algarve. I would highly recommend any tour with Paolo as your guide. We learned so much about the Odelouca River Valley and the making of wine varietals and blends at the Quinta do Francês vineyards.
