Our guide Ricardo was extremely knowledgeable. Porto is not an easy city to walk in. Especially the older historic district. Ricardo was very patient and paced the walk well. We even stopped part way up the 100 steps near one site to take break while he gave us more information. He supplemented his talk with photos and archival material to bring the complicated history of Jews in Porto into clearer focus.
