I bake natas at home now, following Joana’s recipe, and they turn up just like the ones in class. Amazing experience, great teacher and perfect recipe!

Meine Frau und ich haben bei Joana Pastel de Nata in einer 8 Personen Gruppe gebacken und es war grandios. Die Stimmung war sehr nett und ungezwungen und man hat sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Haben die Pastel de Nata zu Hause auch schon einmal nachgemacht und Sie sind gut geworden !!! Vielen Dank Joana und noch viel Erfolg. Grüße Anna und Tobias

Joana est très pédagogue, nous avons à fois appris à cuisiner le pastel de Nata, mais aussi son histoire ainsi que la culture portugaise, et tout ceci dans un moment très agréable et convivial ! Joana est souriante, intéressante et très gentille. Elle a nous a conseillé de nombreux endroits à visiter à Porto. Nous avons clôturé le cours de cuisine par une dégustation tous ensemble, autour d’un café/thé et d’un jus d’orange.
