Francisco was very pleasant and polite. He was at the airport when we arrived. He gave us very good tips and send us a note with ideas of “must visit” places and must try food. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Driver cancel without explanation. Should have gotten somebody else He got confused Me I need my $$ back. Refund Was Confirmed. Was paid. Had a confirmation number We are clients when we travel with Viator In the list it doesn’t mention other reasons

We were a bit delayed and driver waited for us. Nice after a not so timely flight. Very knowledgeable about Porto and great conversation during transport.
