The Porto Tour I booked was a disaster. First, there was no guide or information at the ship. All the information we had was the location of the tour operator’s office. That office was located in town which we reached via a 45 minute rush hour bus ride only to learn that the cruise lines drop off was three miles from the tour office. We received a phone call at 8:55 am telling us we had a tour at 9:00 am. We explained that we were 3 miles away and had to walk that distance. The caller said he would wait ten minutes. Obviously his solution was not viable and we gave up on making it to the tour. I expected a refund but was denied. We had two other Viator tours where finding the start location was an issue.
