Taxi left airport before we got through passport control even though we landed vang on time !
Had paid in full for our transfer . We’re left stranded at airport & had to pay for a regular taxi to get us to our accommodation!
Really dreadful experience!
Still waiting on a reply to my email complaint & still awaiting full refund .
Definitely would NOT recommend using this website !!!!

I had good experiences once before but this time no one picked us up at the airport and there was no easy way to contact Viator. We had to pay a taxi. I am trying to get a refund.

I needed to change our pick up time had being emailing for 3 days and calling never a answer and sill no answer and my clients leave in the morning
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
