I needed to change our pick up time had being emailing for 3 days and calling never a answer and sill no answer and my clients leave in the morning

“My Transfer” met me at the airport with 2 other friends. There was confusion between two drivers and cars asking if we would split up as one car could not hold all bags..this is unacceptable and refused. One driver took us and was friendly, however, as we are driving he informs us he cannot take us directly in front of the hotel. If you cannot drop us off in Front of the provided address I should have been told and be given not only the truth but make the decision if I want to walk one very large hill up to the hotel with heavy suitcases! Also all of this was deceitful with no respect for customer..only to make money and worse a lie about drop off.
My friends and I were not able to physically drag suitcases up a steep hill and the driver did get in touch with the hotel to help get bags up the hill to the hotel. Viator should be aware of the problem with “My Transfers” particular to Porto . I am sure I am not the first to experience this problem ..This was a terrible way for my friends and I to begin our trip .. Do not use this service from Viator…get your own taxi at Porto!

This was the perfect solution to get us into Porto. Our group of seven travelers were very happy with the service. Our driver communicated very well and met us at the airport with a second driver to accommodate our group,
I highly recommend this service!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
