I paid on line and contacted the tour guide that I had emergency and could not walk for the tour to cancel and return my money, But the agent charged me and refuse to refund the 25€

Very knowledgeable guide. Unfortunately he was quite late. The tour should have been three hours and it overran by 25 minutes. I had another tour at 2pm so had to leave the end. Thankfully he ordered a taxi for me. I did just make the next tour

Pedro was unbelievable! He stayed with us more than the 4 hours the tour called for. Even when I thought I couldn’t walk anymore I wanted to hear more of the history and insights into the area that I didn’t want to end the tour! I highly recommend this tour and especially Pedro!
