The operator cancelled before the tour happened because the pick up address was not sent.. I sent the address the day before around 5 pm as soon as I received a text from them. Customer service and communication was horrible. The operator could have been more understanding and also sent a text 24 to 48 hours in advance …there last communication was Oct,9th.
