We used Welcome Pickups for our airport transfers coming and going to Porto. They were by far the most efficient company we have ever used for transfers in 35 years of foreign travel. We also did a 2 hour private tour of Porto, by car and on foot, and found it an absolutely wonderful experience. This would encourage us to make Welcome Pickups our go to company for airport transfers etc. Can't recommend them highly enough, their communications were always clear and informative.

The operator cancelled before the tour happened because the pick up address was not sent.. I sent the address the day before around 5 pm as soon as I received a text from them. Customer service and communication was horrible. The operator could have been more understanding and also sent a text 24 to 48 hours in advance …there last communication was Oct,9th.
