Although small in size, Portugal has a rich and varied gastronomy, based on the Mediterranean diet but with several influences. In this Cooking Class you will learn to prepare traditional Portuguese dishes based upon typical recipes. Menus are always seasonal and incorporate local products wherever possible.You will prepare and enjoy a four course meal: appetizer, soup, main course and dessert. After the class you can enjoy a well deserved meal with the dishes you prepared, paired with different Portuguese wines. We had an amazing experience with Vitor and George cooking up some beautiful Portuguese dishes. We attended as a small group from our river cruise. They made everyone feel very comfortable and we had so much fun making these delicious dishes. Great conversations and heaps of fun. One of the best things we did on our holiday. Thank you Victor and George.

What a fun night! Jorge was a great instructor. He was very patient with everybody, extremely helpful and gave step-by-step instructions on what we needed to do. The food was delicious and we had a great time getting to know Jorge along with the other 2 people in our group. I would highly recommend this cooking experience!

What a fantastic day! Victor & George were wonderful. We went with our tour group, everyone had the best time, nice wine, great food, fun, lots of laughs. Victor was very funny, made everyone feel welcome & confortable. Everyone contributed to the delicious meal, real Portugese traditional food. Great set up, plenty equipment, accommodated group of 20. Clear instructions, nothing too complicated, Victor made it all smooth and look easy. Highly recommend!
