Aveiro, which is considered “our small Venice” is a destination in the centre of Portugal that you should not miss. This region is rich in old traditions, from the typical boats “moliceiros” along the channels of the town to the famous regional sweets of “ovos-moles” and the “Salinas” where you can see how salt is exploited. All these make this visit memorable and unique. Our aim is to show you the striking beauty of the place and the traditions of its inhabitants. After visiting the centre we will head to the coast to visit the picturesque fishing village of Costa Nova with its lovely stripe painted houses. In full contact with the Atlantic Ocean we will be surprised by the famous “Farol da Barra” (Lighthouse) which is the highest in Portugal and one of the highest in Europe.

This tour was absolutely incredible! Company kept our scheduled tour even though we were the only people scheduled for that day. It enhanced the experience tremendously because João gave us a personal/customized experience based on our interests. We have never met someone more passionate about their country and culture than João. We highly recommend this tour more and suggest booking all day tours through this company!

We had a wonderful time on our tour. Our tour guide Jule was awesome and provided tidbits of knowledge and history of Porto and even gave us a special surprise which we enjoyed. We highly recommend this tour and our tour guide Jule (not sure if this is spelled correctly) but ask for him and you will not be disappointed!

C'est une arnaque,il y a rien à voir. Le guide nous envoie vers le restaurant Faros Praca qui apposait votre logo, mais que je n'ai pas trouvé sur votre site.Deux entrées (moules à l'escabèche) commandées avaient été oubliées,nous réclamons,elles arrivent 5mn après, déjà décortiquées avec un fort goût de vinaigre, ils ont ouvert un bocal.En plat de résistance, un convive avait commandé un steak avec un œuf à cheval,la pseudo viande 5cmx5cm semblait avoir été rincée au vinaire et bouillie et pleine de graisse et tendons .Les sardines sur tuile, étaient en fait des sardines en boîte, qu'ils ont réchauffées en flambant à l’alcool à noter qu'un des accompagnement payant avait été également oublié.La corbeille de pain est payante. A réception de la facture, nous constatons que les deux entrées de palourdes que nous avions commandées en entrées, avaient été servies et facturées suivant la grande ration,alors que nous pensions avoir choisi la petite,la serveuse nous ayant rien demandé.Une précision importante nous étions accompagnés de Portugais,donc tous ces déboires ne sont pas dû à l'incompréhension.
