Fantastic tour. The bus was comfortable and the driving was excellent. We didn't bother with the commentary as we'd visited the places last year but the scenery from the upper deck of the bus was brilliant. We only got off the b us once in the centre of Funchal but we were glad of the second leg of the tour as our hotel was at the top of a really steep hill. Would recommend this to all holidaymakers.

Ideal opportunity to get to know the area even without a rental car. Be sure to book 2 days to come back to Camara de Lobos and take the loop with you on the ride up the Skywalk. The company offers the ticket together with the cable tour to the Monte. Overall much cheaper than booking separately.

A very beautiful picturesque fishing village, gorgeous little cafes, restaurants. Beautiful bay of twinkling sea. Fishing boats, Churchill, church. So glad I visited
