I booked this tour through Viator wanting to reacquaint myself with Cascais. My guide, Luis, went out of his way to tie the history of Cascais to its present day status as a world class attraction. He was also flexible in making sure that the tour met my interests and expectations. I would recommend this tour without reservation.

This was an unexpected gem of a tour. Luis is a history teacher and it shows, in the best way. He doesn't just point out interesting spots but tells the story of Cascais in the sweep of Portuguese history, and as a result, you get a deeper appreciation for this charming beach town. Luis is also very knowledgeable about local spots and other cities, and gave us some great recommendations. Highly recommend, would happily take another tour with him!
