The experience was fun; the boat was well-designed, clean, well-equipped; the check-in process was smooth. The best part, really, was the friendliness, care and consideration, and professionalism of the captain, the marine biologist, and the staff member on shore.

Despite being a cold windy day, we had an incredible adventure. We were able to see fish in their natural habitat and fascinated by the dormant volcano. Our captain Edmundo was very informative about the area and the Azorean culture and history. Our guide Erica was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great experience and concerned about our safety.

Edmundo and his partner, as well as the little girl who welcomed us at the local met all our expectations, even more... Exceptional snacking with fish and waves tumult, beautiful explanations of the history of the Azores and its heritage, conviviality on board with piloting bonus.... Everything was perfect... We would have kayaked the next day if we didn't have to go home unfortunately. Thank you for your welcome. A candle will be placed at the "Good Mother" of Marseille as promised to Edmundo.
