While the crew was great, the experience was not. The cruise was scheduled for 3 1/2 hours; we spent almost three hours looking for dolphins and found one which most of us weren't able to see. We spent the rest of the time searching, boating in rough waters at high speeds. Several of the guests were sick and most were miserable as the ride was cold and very bumpy. Finally, the captain offered to show us the rocks/caves near the shore after they determined there would be no dolphins that day. They offered us the opportunity to join them on the same trip the next day, but we were leaving town. Honestly, I felt like I paid a lot of money to be miserable and they should have either cancelled the trip (given the weather) or offered us a refund. We were offered a snack at the end, but not anything to drink, which I thought was included. I would say don't waste your time. Take one of the smaller boats out to see the caves.

Great boat and friendly crew that were very helpful, they had lots of knowledge about the dolphins behaviour and position. We saw many dolphins, had a wonderful day thank you.

Ongelooflijke ervaring, had het 3 jaar geleden ook al gedaan met andere organisatie. Maar deze trip overtrof al mijn verwachtingen. Professionele uitleg gekregen, supervriendelijke bemanning. Aanrader !!! Snacks en drankjes aan boord tegen democratische prijzen. Kregen een gratis een lekkere versnapering aangeboden. Toffe wateractiviteit na het dolfijnspotten
