Fantastic walk with guide. Really great scenery, gentle pace and very informative guide. Was a horticultural master glass that my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed. I’ll definitely do another walk with this business next I visit Madeira. We were collected and dropped off from our hotel which made the experience very convenient too. Highly recommended.

A very easy walk (8km and generally flat). Extremely well organised. Delightful and informative guide who was enthusiastic, patient and alert. South side of the island - so warmer and sunnier than north side.

Despite a very rainy and cold start, we were kept safe and entertained. The plants are lush and plentiful, although spring when the flowers appear might have been better, but the escape from the uk blues was welcome. Our guide introduced both familiar and unusual plants and was very knowledgeable. If we were not being forced to return to the UK 6 days early by our tour operator we would happily done a full day next week. We booked thru Happy tours close to our hotel who were very helpful. The walk was on the flat and very easy, a really enjoyable trip, thank you.
